class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u89e3\u91cb\u300c\u5132\u5099\u8ca8\u5e63\u300d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u5132\u5099\u8ca8\u5e63\u662f\u5168\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u9ad4\u7cfb\u4e2d\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u63a5\u53d7\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u570b\u969b\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u4f86\u652f\u6301\u570b\u969b\u4ea4\u6613\u3001\u652f\u4ed8\u548c\u5916\u532f\u5132\u5099\u3002\u7576\u4eca\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\uff0c\u5132\u5099\u8ca8\u5e63\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u62ec\u7f8e\u5143\u3001\u6b50\u5143\u3001\u65e5\u5143\u7b49\u5c11\u6578\u5e7e\u7a2e\u8ca8\u5e63\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u7d71\u8a08\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e0d\u523020%\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u53e3\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u64c1\u6709\u5132\u5099\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff0c\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u5927\u591a\u6578\u570b\u5bb6\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u4f9d\u8cf4\u9019\u4e9b\u570b\u969b\u8ca8\u5e63\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u8cbf\u6613\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002 \u6b63\u5982Human Rights Foundation CEO Alex Gladstein\u5728\u5176\u8457\u4f5c \u201cCheck your Financial Privilege\u201d\u4e2d\u6240\u63cf\u8ff0\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\u5206\u4f48\u5275\u9020\u4e86\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u300c\u91d1\u878d\u7279\u6b0a\u300d\uff08financial privilege\uff09\u3002\u64c1\u6709\u5132\u5099\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u80fd\u5920\u7372\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u5247\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u8ca8\u5e63\u6ce2\u52d5\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5357\u7f8e\u6d32\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u570b\u5bb6\u9577\u671f\u9762\u81e8\u60e1\u6027\u901a\u8ca8\u81a8\u8139\u3002\u4ee5\u59d4\u5167\u745e\u62c9\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5176\u901a\u8ca8\u81a8\u8139\u7387\u57282018\u5e74\u9054\u5230\u4e861,000,000%\uff0c\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u7576\u5730\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6beb\u7121\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u5c0b\u6c42\u66ff\u4ee3\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u5132\u5b58\u624b\u6bb5\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u9078\u64c7\u4f7f\u7528\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u5982\u6bd4\u7279\u5e63\u4f86\u4fdd\u8b77\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u62b5\u79a6\u570b\u5167\u91d1\u878d\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5d29\u6f70\u3002\u540c\u6a23\uff0c\u5728\u57c3\u585e\u4fc4\u6bd4\u4e9e\uff0c\u7576\u5730\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u7121\u6cd5\u6301\u6709\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u9019\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u81ea\u7531\u3002\u800c\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7e5e\u904e\u653f\u5e9c\u9650\u5236\u7684\u9078\u9805\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u7dad\u6301\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2\/ \u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u61c9\u5c0d\u7d93\u6fdf\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u8207\u8ca1\u52d9\u63a7\u5236 \u9664\u4e86\u91d1\u878d\u7279\u6b0a\u5916\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u554f\u984c\u662f\u300c\u7d93\u6fdf\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7531\u6975\u6b0a\u653f\u5e9c\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u64cd\u63a7\u8ca8\u5e63\u4f9b\u61c9\u4f86\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5287\u8150\u6557\u3002\u5728\u8607\u4e39\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u9577\u671f\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u5236\u88c1\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u8150\u6557\uff0c\u4eba\u6c11\u96e3\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u570b\u969b\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u8607\u4e39\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u50c5\u9650\u5236\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u9084\u64cd\u63a7\u8ca8\u5e63\u4f9b\u61c9\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u81ea\u8eab\u6b0a\u529b\u3002\u5728\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\uff0c\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u898f\u907f\u653f\u5e9c\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u7576\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u80fd\u5920\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u81ea\u4e3b\u6b0a\u3002 \u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u503c\u5f97\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u662f\u5df4\u52d2\u65af\u5766\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u7684\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5df4\u52d2\u65af\u5766\u7121\u6cd5\u64c1\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u88ab\u8feb\u4f7f\u7528\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\u9032\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5df4\u52d2\u65af\u5766\u7684\u516c\u6c11\u793e\u6703\u6536\u5230\u570b\u969b\u63f4\u52a9\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u91d1\u4e5f\u53ea\u80fd\u4ee5\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u8ca8\u5e63\u5f62\u5f0f\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u9019\u7121\u5f62\u4e2d\u52a0\u5f37\u4e86\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5df4\u52d2\u65af\u5766\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u5bb6\u548c\u666e\u901a\u6c11\u773e\u9762\u81e8\u4e00\u500b\u56f0\u5883\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u5916\u90e8\u8cc7\u52a9\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5f37\u5316\u4ed6\u5011\u6240\u53cd\u5c0d\u7684\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u91d1\u878d\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff1f \u5c0d\u65bc\u5df4\u52d2\u65af\u5766\u7684\u8a31\u591a\u6d3b\u52d5\u5bb6\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6bd4\u7279\u5e63\u6216\u7a69\u5b9a\u5e63\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u4e00\u56f0\u5883\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\u3002\u900f\u904e\u4f7f\u7528\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u907f\u958b\u4ee5\u8272\u5217\u8ca8\u5e63\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4fdd\u8b77\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u96b1\u79c1\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u3002\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7d93\u6fdf\u751f\u5b58\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u300c\u65e5\u5e38\u6297\u722d\u300d\uff08everyday activism\uff09\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u5728\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u4e0d\u50c5\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u9084\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u53cd\u5c0d\u8ca1\u52d9\u58d3\u8feb\u7684\u5f37\u70c8\u653f\u6cbb\u610f\u8b58\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3\/ \u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u4f5c\u70ba\u6350\u6b3e\u652f\u6301NGO\u7684\u5de5\u5177<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\u70ba\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7d44\u7e54\uff08NGO\uff09\u548c\u793e\u6703\u904b\u52d5\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6350\u6b3e\u6e20\u9053\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u878d\u9ad4\u7cfb\u53d7\u5230\u5e72\u9810\u6642\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u7dad\u57fa\u89e3\u5bc6\uff08WikiLeaks\uff09\u5728\u63ed\u9732\u5927\u91cf\u6a5f\u5bc6\u6587\u4ef6\u5f8c\uff0c\u906d\u5230\u4f86\u81ea\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5927\u9280\u884c\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u5c01\u9396\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u662f\u5728\u4ee5\u9280\u884c\u4fdd\u5bc6\u8457\u7a31\u7684\u745e\u58eb\uff0c\u5176\u9280\u884c\u5e33\u6236\u4e5f\u88ab\u51cd\u7d50\u3002\u9019\u6642\uff0c\u6bd4\u7279\u5e63\u6210\u70ba\u7dad\u57fa\u89e3\u5bc6\u7684\u6551\u547d\u7a3b\u8349\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u8005\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u7e5e\u904e\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u878d\u9ad4\u7cfb\u7684\u5c01\u9396\uff0c\u70ba\u8a72\u7d44\u7e54\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u6301\u3002\u9019\u4f8b\u5b50\u7a81\u986f\u4e86\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e0d\u53d7\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u878d\u5236\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u90a3\u4e9b\u53d7\u58d3\u8feb\u7684\u5718\u9ad4\u548c\u500b\u4eba\u4ecd\u80fd\u5728\u570b\u969b\u4e0a\u7372\u5f97\u652f\u6301\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4\/ \u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u7528\u65bc\u4eba\u9053\u4e3b\u7fa9\u63f4\u52a9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u73fe\u5df2\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u4eba\u9053\u4e3b\u7fa9\u63f4\u52a9\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u90a3\u4e9b\u7121\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u50b3\u7d71\u9280\u884c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u3002\u4ee5Stellar\u7684\u63f4\u52a9\u8a08\u5283\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u8a72\u5e73\u53f0\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u7684\u5340\u584a\u93c8\u652f\u4ed8\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u70ba\u6c92\u6709\u9280\u884c\u5e33\u6236\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u6301\u3002\u806f\u5408\u570b\u96e3\u6c11\u7f72\uff08UNHCR\uff09\u4e5f\u5728\u63a2\u7d22\u9019\u4e00\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u96e3\u6c11\u767c\u653e\u63f4\u52a9\u6b3e\u9805\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e86\u50b3\u7d71\u9280\u884c\u7121\u6cd5\u670d\u52d9\u9019\u4e9b\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u63f4\u52a9\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u4f5c\u70ba\u4eba\u9053\u63f4\u52a9\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u70ba\u90a3\u4e9b\u88ab\u6392\u65a5\u5728\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u878d\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e4b\u5916\u7684\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6551\u6fdf\u9014\u5f91\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5\/ \u570d\u7e5e\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5168\u7403\u7981\u4ee4\u8da8\u52e2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u4e9b\u6848\u4f8b\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u7d93\u6fdf\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u793e\u6703\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\u5e6b\u52a9\u4eba\u5011\u64fa\u812b\u6975\u6b0a\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u7d93\u6fdf\u81ea\u7531\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u5728\u7d93\u6fdf\u548c\u793e\u6703\u65b9\u9762\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4f46\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u4e5f\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u4ee4\u4eba\u64d4\u6182\u7684\u8da8\u52e2\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u6700\u8fd1\u63d0\u8b70\u7684\u6cd5\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e86\u73fe\u91d1\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u9084\u8a66\u5716\u7981\u6b62\u533f\u540d\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u9019\u88ab\u6279\u8a55\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u300c\u91d1\u878d\u5bb6\u9577\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u653f\u5e9c\u901a\u5e38\u5ba3\u7a31\u6b64\u985e\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u6253\u64ca\u6050\u6016\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u72af\u7f6a\u96c6\u5718\u5229\u7528\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u6d17\u9322\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u898f\u7bc4\u5f80\u5f80\u5c0d\u793e\u6703\u6d3b\u52d5\u5bb6\u548c\u5e73\u6c11\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u6210\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u8207\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u72af\u7f6a\u5206\u5b50\u901a\u5e38\u80fd\u5920\u8f15\u6613\u627e\u5230\u8ff4\u907f\u9019\u4e9b\u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u666e\u901a\u516c\u6c11\u537b\u88ab\u8feb\u9762\u5c0d\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u76e3\u63a7\u548c\u9650\u5236\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u6b64\u985e\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u52a0\u5be9\u614e\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u9019\u4e9b\u6cd5\u898f\u6700\u7d42\u640d\u5bb3\u4e86\u90a3\u4e9b\u5b83\u5011\u61c9\u8a72\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u5c0d\u8c61\u3002
